Description

A robust, dome-shaped jellyfish with four oral arms that resemble cauliflowers. Its coloration varies widely, including light blue, dark blue, and red tones. It exhibits very active swimming through rhythmic, distinctive contractions of the umbrella.

They are pelagic animals found in estuaries, bays, and coastal areas.

These jellyfish are very active swimmers and need a high quantity of food; without it, they may shrink in size.
